I have been so caught up that I put my Yoga on a shelf in my mind where I had occasionally took it off and used it. But now I realize Yoga is a staple that I use to help me to get to quiet moments of tranquility while working me to a point where at times I think I might just fall on the floor. But my Yoga, my longtime friend, pulls me back and helps my mind and my body and my soul. So glad to bring you back.
White, Black, Cops, nurses, Janitors, writers, homemakers, dog sitters, Photographers and I could go on and on but we are all the same. The ones of us who want a better world. The ones who want to feel the love flowing from one to another. To accept each other no matter who we are, what we do, no matter our color, no matter our profession. America, united, hand in hand. In. Love. That is what I long to see. Have a great day/night fellow bloggers.
I just spent some time listening to a variety of songs. I just need it sometimes to soothe my soul, to help my tears and anxiety. I listen to songs to help me when I am happy, sad, lonely and feeling like nothing is going to be okay. I listen to it because sometimes, a song can stitch another wound in a heart broken so many times.
