I miss yoga……..

After being a bit sick and dealing with anxiety, I had fallen off of my yoga train. Now I am ready to get back on and get going. I miss it because not only does it help me in so many ways such as relaxing, toning up my body and more, it really, really helps my anxiety. So here is to hoping I can board the Yoga train and get back on the track with it!

    1. Sheree, you are welcome! Yes! We have to f do it! I am starting brand new with the youtube 30 days with Adrienne. It will be easier to start back and it is free. 🙂 Good luck and let’s do this! 🙂

  1. I too had fallen off my mat…I am taking back my home practice one day at a time…I think knowing that how well you felt when you were practicing before will keep you rolling the mat out- much luck to you!
