Day three went much better. I went to the Doctor for a checkup and it was long but I got through.
I am doing hypnosis videos as well as calming music therapy.
I also just use music therapy in listening to songs I like.
I am exercising just in small amounts and I have been eating anti oxidants.
I am still working to reverse the negative into the positive.
That was day three. 🙂
Did I have a couple of moments? Yes, but I fought them.
